John VanDyke started 3V Distributing in 1978 to sell, distribute, and install aluminum grain bodies being manufactured by ITB Inc. With his knowledge of truck equipment, he saw that the area needed quality equipment products and services. He shaped 3V Distributing to fill this need.

The business is now run by John VanDyke and his son, Jordan VanDyke. With a background in farming and agriculture, the VanDyke family uses the products they sell. 3V Distributing has a reputation for quality and service that has allowed them to serve their loyal customers across the state of Montana for over 40 years.
